1- Nature of Service and Pricing
· The prices shown on the website are the cost of the selected service (e.g., building a visual identity, a photography session, etc.) and include the scheduled appointment for coordination or execution.
· The paid service fee covers only the scope mentioned in the service description. Any additional requests or modifications outside the basic service scope will be agreed upon later and are subject to additional fees collected separately.
2- Appointment and Confirmation Policy
· The purchase of the service and the reservation of the employee's time are confirmed immediately upon successful completion of the payment process.
· The booked appointment is the time allocated to begin the execution of the service or to discuss its technical details with the relevant employee.
· The client is responsible for being present (by phone or in person, depending on the service type) at the time they have chosen.
3- Service Execution and Modifications
· The actual work steps begin immediately after the conclusion of the first coordination meeting.
· The relevant employee has the right to provide the client with additional costs if it becomes apparent during the meeting that the client's needs exceed the scope of the service purchased from the website.
4- Employee Selection
· The platform offers the option to choose a specific employee or "random selection." In cases of force majeure (such as employee health issues), the platform reserves the right to reschedule the appointment or assign an alternative specialist of the same competence to ensure service quality.
5- Responsibility and Accuracy
· The client is obligated to provide the employee with all data and requirements related to the service during the specified appointment. Any delay in providing this data may lead to a delay in the delivery of the final service, and the platform bears no responsibility for this.
6- Ownership Rights
· Ownership of all completed work transfers to the client immediately upon completion of execution and delivery of the final outputs, with the platform retaining the right to display the work in its portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
